The Design
Set on the prestigious wooded hillside of the Warberries, this striking contemporary home sits within the exclusive Spa Villa development in Torquay. Designed to respond sensitively to its elevated setting, the property enjoys far reaching views across the surrounding landscape with mature trees providing both privacy and a sense of tranquillity.

Split across two carefully considered storeys, the design embraces clean lines, expansive glazing and a flat roof profile, creating a bold yet elegant architectural presence. The internal layout maximises natural light and creates a strong connection between the living spaces and the outdoors with generous terraces and landscaped areas that complement the setting.
