Exceptional Principal Designer: The CoCreate Architects joined the project at a particularly awkward and challenging stage, stepping in just as significant concerns had been raised and a stop notice had been issued. From the outset, their calm authority, deep knowledge of CDM Regulations, and proactive approach to health and safety made an immediate impact. Within a short time, they not only strengthened the situation but successfully led efforts to address the issues head-on, resulting in the reversal of the stop notice and getting the project safely back on track. I am have an ambitious project starting next year and chose Co Create to take care of it. Having some knowledge of how planning works, but not for doiing a project of my own, I was nervous. We had an annex that required a Certificate of Lawful use to enable us to use it legally as accommodation. Co-Create attended an gave us a free estimate regarding the cost, the benefits and the possible pitfalls. There was absolutely no hard-sell. Following this they surveyed the building and with their partners applied for the necessary legal documentation. They remained in communication throughout, providing advice and support and we were delighted to achieve our goal within a matter of months. This was not the cheapest option and we had toyed with making an application ourselves but in the end we considered it money well-spent with a professional business that helped us achieve our goal. Co Create is an amazing company who helped us all the way through our extension and refurbishment project, from designing, getting planning permission, giving professional advice, providing solutions during construction process. Excellent service and nothing seemed too much trouble. We have not had drawings done before and were expertly guided through the process. I'd like to recommend Alistair Powe and his team at Co-Create Architects for their excellent work in the design and planning of my house extension. The final design, after many changes was exactly as I had envisaged.....a modern style with large windows and skylights creating a feeling of maximum light and space, and giving a flowing connection to the garden.
