Our project in Ogwell, Newton Abbot beautifully combines modern design elements with traditional materials to create a stunning family home. The use of oak in construction is a key feature of the project, adding warmth and character to the design. The oak frame wrap around canopy and raised terrace seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces, providing a perfect area for family and friends to gather and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Kents Cavern, the conversion back to a heritage property

Co Create Architects is proud to showcase our recent renovation project at Kent's Cavern in Torquay. We were honoured to be a part of the design process from the very beginning, working closely with the client to secure planning permission and overseeing the project on site. Our goal was to convert the existing offices back to a heritage property, while preserving its unique character and historical significance.

Hidden in the Teign Valley, this unique architectural extension was carefully designed to sit within the conservation area, surrounded by listed buildings. This may not be the biggest project but there is a lot going on with this charred larch and zinc extension.

Nestled within a beautiful plot in Devon, this beautiful manor house sits quietly amongst the tall trees. Co Create Architects have been delighted to be part of this exciting restoration project of a beautiful Grade II listed manor house in the picturesque village of Ipplepen. The project has included the remodel of the existing manor house, repurposing of the associated outbuilding, the addition of a complimentary zinc clad carport and landscaping of the grounds.

Bere Alston is the conversion of a former reservoir into a luxury dwelling

Bere Alston is located on the picturesque Bere Peninsular nestling between the Tamar and Tavy rivers. Co Create Architects have been appointed to work alongside the client to obtain planning permission for the conversion of the above ground reservoir into a four bedroom luxury dwelling. Co Create Architects have been careful to ensure the existing fabric and history of the property is retained. Re-purposed brickwork and exposed concrete have been part of the considerate approach taken to protect the historic value of the building.
