Co Create Architects were appointed to work alongside the client to obtain planning permission for the conversion of the above ground reservoir into a four bedroom luxury dwelling.

Our Concept
Bere Alston is located on the picturesque Bere Peninsular nestling between the Tamar and Tavy rivers. The dwelling has a large open plan living space, a private internal courtyard as well as double garage, gym and swimming pool.
We have been careful to ensure the existing fabric and history of the property is retained. Re-purposed brickwork and exposed concrete have been part of the considerate approach taken to protect the historic value of the building.
