Our team at Co Create Architects collaborated closely with the client to revamp and redesign a charming coastal cottage. From initial planning to construction, we have breathed new life into this dated property, creating a captivating seaside retreat. The project was inspired by Brittainy, with many of the interior items sourced and upcycled to create a truly unique interior space.

Our ProcessOne of the major changes involved relocating the kitchen from the ground floor to the third floor. This strategic move not only enhanced functionality but also allowed for a breathtaking upgrade. The introduction of a spacious dormer with seamless glazing now frames a stunning panoramic view of the harbour, adding a touch of magic to this coastal haven. We are thrilled with the outcome and proud to have played a part in transforming this property into a true gem by the sea.
