Fluder Rise, the renovation of a period property in Devon
This wonderful period property is situated in the old village of Kingskerswell, Newton Abbot in South Devon. With is period features and Victorian style, the client wanted to create a modern yet traditional space. The use of natural material and a shaker style kitchen creates a wonderful family space.
The design
The clients wanted an open plan kitchen and dining space with ample light to harmonise their life style as a family. To accommodate their desires, this involved the removal an internal wall separating the existing kitchen and dining space. We worked closely with our clients to obtain planning permission and the project was completed by Moorse Construction in 2023.
