Kents Cavern, Devon

Co Create Architects, based in Devon, is proud to showcase our renovation project at Kent's Cavern in Torquay. We were honoured to be a part of the design process from the very beginning, working closely with the client to secure planning permission and overseeing the project on site. Our goal was to convert the existing offices back to a heritage property, while preserving its unique character and historical significance.

Preserving the Heritage
Throughout the renovation, we worked diligently to preserve the property’s original details while also modernising its amenities. The entire property was renovated, with new electrical and plumbing systems installed, as well as new finishes and fixtures. The end result is a beautifully restored heritage property that seamlessly blends modern amenities with its historical character. We are thrilled with the final outcome of this project and are honoured to have had the opportunity to be a part of the preservation of such a significant and iconic landmark in Torquay. We look forward to continuing to work on projects that combine our passion for design with our dedication to preserving historical properties.
