This property is Exmouth, Devon was completely revitalised, transforming it into a bright and modern family home. We managed from inital concept to detailed design, working closely with local builders to bring the clients vision to life.
The Concept
Our goal was to breathe new life into a tired property, creating a bright, open and modern home that seamlessly connects with its beautiful surroundings. We wanted a space filled with light, where family life flows effortlessly. We extended the property on the side, rear and loft, adding substantial space and reshaping the layout for a more open, functional flow.
Design Process
Our ProcessOur design process with the client was collaborative and vision-driven from the start. We began by listening closely to their ideas, lifestyle needs and aspirations for the space. We ensured that every detail of the project would reflect their unique vision. We presented a series of design options for the space and showcased each version as a 3D visualisation. We agreed on a design which focused on transforming the tired property into a vibrant, light-filled family home.
