Reservoir Conversion, Bere Alston
Co Create Architects were appointed to collaborate with the client in securing planning permission for the conversion of the above-ground reservoir into a luxury four-bedroom residence. We successfully delivered the project on site alongside the client as a self-build.
Our Concept
Bere Alston is located on the picturesque Bere Peninsular nestling between the Tamar and Tavy rivers. The dwelling has a large open plan living space, a private internal courtyard as well as double garage, gym and swimming pool.
We have been careful to ensure the existing fabric and history of the property is retained. Re-purposed brickwork and exposed concrete have been part of the considerate approach taken to protect the historic value of the building.
