EX2 Offices, Splatford

We were asked to design a new office space for EX2, a team of electrical contractors based in Splatford. The aim was to create a space that worked well for their day to day needs while also giving a strong first impression to clients. The site sits just off the A38, linking Exeter and Plymouth, so we took care to design something that made the most of its setting and visibility.

Architectural Design in Exeter
Our team handled the full architectural design, from the early ideas right through to detailed plans. We worked closely with the client to make sure the layout and materials suited the way they work. The design had to support both desk based staff and teams coming and going from site, with clear zones for meetings, project planning and storage.
Construction Phase
We remained involved throughout the construction to help keep the project on track and ensure the design was delivered as intended. The finished building is a clear and practical workspace that reflects the identity of EX2 and supports the way they operate. It stands as a strong example of how well considered office design can add lasting value for growing businesses across Devon.
