A collective of architects, designers and creatives shaping places with purpose and personality

Co Create Architects was founded in 2021 by Alistair Powe and Jamie Dewdney, who met while studying at Plymouth University. What began as a small studio has grown, now with offices in Exeter, Plymouth and Torbay. The practice was built on a shared belief in thoughtful design, strong collaboration and architecture that improves everyday life.

As a Chartered RIBA practice, Co Create has delivered a broad range of projects across the South West and beyond. From early concepts to completion, every project is handled with care and creativity. The portfolio spans residential, healthcare, heritage and commercial work, each approached with a clear focus on context, quality and the people who use the spaces.

"Extremely pleased with the Co Create Architects team's nput and ongoing support for my project in Uplyme. The project included a part renovation and part new build extension to a traditional Devon cottage.
