The Old Rectory, Cornwall

As part of the works, a contemporary zinc extension was added, providing new living space with a clean, simple design. The ceiling lighting was designed to add warmth and subtle interest, creating a relaxed atmosphere that complements the architecture without overpowering it.

Outdoor facilities were also upgraded to support everyday use and entertaining. A dedicated seating area with a built-in barbecue provides a relaxed space for dining and gathering, tucked neatly within the garden. The old garage was adapted to include a swing studio for golf, giving the clients a private space to practise all year round. Together, these improvements have made the outside of the home as usable and enjoyable as the inside.

This project is a good example of how traditional buildings can be adapted with care and simplicity.
