The Priory Completed

The Priory, a beautiful listed manor house in the picturesque village of Ipplepen

Nestled within a beautiful plot in Devon, this Grade II listed manor house sits quietly amongst the tall trees. Co Create Architects have been delighted to be apart of this project, which involved the renovation of the existing manor house and the creation of two complimentary zinc clad extensions.

After successfully securing planning permission, Co Create Architects took the project from concept to reality. Working closely alongside the main contractor, building control and the conservation team at Teignbridge Council.

The project included an almost entire restoration of the property, restoring the building to its former glory. In addition to the main house, work was undertaken to the grounds and landscaping, to create a fabulous family home.
