Co Create Architects have emerged as a practice throughout the pandemic and have grown exponentially in the last 18 months, becoming a prominent practice in the region. They pride themselves on their people-orientated, creative and quality focused approach and have a team of young and energetic designers.

Co Create Architects have one studio to ensure quality and creativity is not compromised. They have invested heavily to ensure the practice is stable and flexible in this post-pandemic economy. Co Create are a local practice with local connections to the consultant and contractor supply chain and have built a commercial reputation within the industry working with Consultants, Stakeholders, Industry Professionals, Developers and Contractors within the sector. Their location has given us full South-West regional coverage with current live projects ranging from Bristol to Cornwall.

The directors have more than 40 years of combined industry experience across multiple sectors including Residential, Commercial and Healthcare projects across the South-West, putting our clients aims first on every project to provide the best overall experience throughout the lifespan of a design project.

One of their most prestigious projects in the conversion of the reservoir at Bere Alston. Co Create are currently working on another reservoir in Exeter.
