On 16th May 2023, Co Create Architects is proud to host its first ever Environmental Day in Teignmouth and Shaldon.
This event is an initiative to help preserve the environment and promote sustainable living. The entire team will undertake a beach clean across Shaldon and Teignmouth in Devon, UK. We aim to contribute to the protection of the shores, environment, and wildlife.
Litter picking is an essential task that helps to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of our environment. It may seem like a small action, but it has significant impacts on our surroundings. Litter harms not only the aesthetic appeal of our environment but also its ecological balance. It can lead to soil, air, and water pollution, which can cause severe damage to the environment and its inhabitants.
Co Create Architects believe that protecting our shores is vital. The shorelines are crucial ecosystems that support a vast array of wildlife, including marine animals, birds, and plants. It is essential to keep them clean to ensure the survival and well-being of the creatures that call them home. Moreover, the shores provide natural habitats for wildlife, which is why they must be preserved for future generations to enjoy.
Our sustainable and environmental agenda is at the heart of Co Create Architects. As architects, we recognise that we have a significant role to play in creating a sustainable future. We aim to incorporate sustainable design principles into all our projects. Our goal is to create buildings that are not only beautiful but also functional, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly.
With offices in Plymouth and Newton Abbot, Co Create Architects has an opportunity to make a real difference and the Environmental Day is just one of the many initiatives that Co Create Architects have undertaken to promote sustainable living. We believe that everyone has a role to play in preserving the environment, and we encourage everyone to take action to help protect our planet.
With help in organisation from Teignbridge Council, Co Create Architects is proud to host its first-ever Environmental Day on 16th May 2023. The beach clean initiative is an essential step towards preserving the environment, protecting the shores, and promoting sustainable living. We believe that through collective action, we can make a significant impact and create a better world for ourselves and future generations.
