Co Create Architects has a client-focused approach to collaborate, coordinate and co-create beautiful and functional architecture.
This multi-disciplinary RIBA chartered practice, located at Seale Hayne near Newton Abbot, is made up of a diverse team of architects, designers and creatives with a carefully considered approach, who work on a wide spectrum of projects across multiple sectors, specialising in contemporary residential design and heritage projects.
From concept to practical completion, the team has particular expertise in working sympathetically with listed buildings and in conservation areas, to provide highly considered design solutions.
As a young and ambitious practice, the Co Create team prides itself on having a people-orientated, creative and quality focused approach, working closely alongside every client to provide a bespoke tailored service.
The studio collective was established by Alistair Powe, Jamie Allaway and Jamie Dewdney – three passionate directors who are all graduates of Plymouth University. With more than 40 years of combined industry experience, they put their clients’ aims first to provide the best overall outcome. A core people focus, from the individuals that make up the company to the clients they work with, is central to their ethos.

The practice is multi-disciplinary. Services include architectural design, interior design, CDM principal design, property surveying, project management, visualisation, drone services and contract administration. It has recently launched the Home Buyers Architectural Assessment, a new service which invites those considering purchasing a property to discuss how they can be of assistance from an early stage.
The practice has an array of contacts within the industry, drawing from experience across multiple project sectors including education, healthcare, residential and heritage.
