The Children’s Hospice South West is a registered charity that provides care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Founded in 1991, the charity operates three hospices – Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset, and Little Harbour in Cornwall – which provide respite and end-of-life care for children and young people up to the age of 26.

The hospices offer a range of services, including medical care, emotional support, practical assistance, and complementary therapies. The aim of the charity is to help children and their families live life to the fullest, and to make the most of every moment they have together. The hospices are designed to be warm and welcoming environments, where families can feel comfortable and relaxed, and where children can enjoy a range of activities, both indoors and outdoors.

In addition to providing care at the hospices, the Children’s Hospice South West also offers outreach services, which provide support to families in their own homes. The charity relies heavily on donations and fundraising efforts to continue providing its vital services, and the support of events like the Co Create Architects 2023 Golf Series is crucial to its ongoing success.

The charity’s services offer not just medical care, but also emotional support and practical assistance, helping families to cope with the many challenges they face on a daily basis. By supporting the Children’s Hospice South West, participants in the Co Create Architects 2023 Golf Series will be helping to make a real difference in the lives of children and families who are facing some of the most difficult challenges imaginable.
