This year has been a bit of a showstopper for Co Create Architects!
As 2022 draws to a close we want to take a moment to thank our clients, our team and those who have worked with us over the last year. We have been delighted to work with some fantastic people in 2022 and have seen an overwhelming increase in new projects across a range of project sectors.
We proudly announced the opening of our new office space at BLOCK, Royal William Yard in Plymouth, we have grown our project sectors and have worked on some truly exciting schemes.
We were delighted to be included in the Autumn/Winter issue of Devon Home magazine. You may have spotted us in the Architects Showcase section along with some of our recently completed projects.
We were proud finalists in the 2022 Exeter Property Awards, a celebration of the best of Exeter property and property companies. Sat alongside some of the best companies in the region, we were delighted to be shortlisted in two categories and walked away with a Highly-Commended award.
We were pleased to introduce three new team members, Anand, Jaime and Aaron to the practice. All three now play a key role in the delivery of our projects.
We have actively contributed to charities across the UK, including St Luke’s, MS Society, Prostate Cancer UK, Lord’s Taverners and Ukrainian Support.
We have retained our strong links with Plymouth University and have been invited to undertake lectures and support the School of Architecture. This support and active involvement with the University will continue into 2023.
Our practice has undergone some big change and the company is proud to now be ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 accredited, ensuring quality for all our projects is properly managed and maintained.
We have delivered a number of exciting projects across multiple sectors and have secured some brilliant work which will be continuing into 2023.
We are very much looking forward to 2023 and what excitement it brings!
